When measure drawing or spectacle design are on hand we can receive by next ways: technical drawing – paper based or scan version (pdf, jpg) or it can be other electronic format - dxf, dwg, cdr, vector pdf. Please state dimensions well readable and with use standardized unit. . The supposed "ready" status files unfortunately in some cases do not meet the needs so before processing we have to check. The checkings above we execute free of charge. If the files are not suitable we charge editing cost. .
 
When you ask offers from several companies we suggest to study concerning the technical parameters and service. The offers are comperable realistically if the technical contents are same (material, implementation method etc).

We can accept just written offers which contains basically the company name, postal and incoice address, tax number, name of the order sender person, and the object.
 

Order – from Web-Shop’s products

In our web-shop purchasing is made in electronic way. All users having valid registration can buy in our Web-Shop. The Customer obligingly accepts our current General Buying Conditions once registered. The Customer declares to know the conditions of order and deliverable, knows the possibilities and limits of the Internet, specially the possibilities of mistake due to technical circumstances. Registration is become invalid in case the filling of the registration form is wrong. Seller does not take responsible for mistakes coming from this reason. .

Subject of this agreement: all products which are available from our web-shop, and the Customer place an order for it. The Customer can find the features of the items in the information sheet of the items, accepts that, or if the subject is modifiable, after agreed with the seller modify it before fixing the request. If the Customer place the order, that means to declare to accept the features of the ordered items, and it meets with his request.

The Customer selects the requested item(s) with the help of the category of items, puts it to the basket and fills in the following gaps: delivery, invoice and payment. In case given data are not appositional the Seller takes the order invalid. The Customer warrants for given data are correct. Seller can not be challenged neither economically nor morally for losses coming from this. After the Customer accepts the Warranty and General Condition Terms the system sends an e-mail to the Customer’s e-mail account, which contains the details of the order. The automatic e-mail can not take as an order confirmation.

Order which made in the Web-shop considers as an offer, which can be delivered by the Seller, but it is not obligation for the parties. In case it’s needed the parties can agree on more details in writing (in e-mail or fax). Starting of the production for commercial materials with unique design is possible only if the Procurer confirmed it back in written form.

Limits of allowance for colours and measures: commercial materials are made by printing or screen-process it can happen instead of the high technical knowledge that soft differences are in the tone. In this case we can not accept reclamation. Concerning measures +/- 5% difference can be a warrantable allowance.
