Customer service of the seller will get in contact with the Customer in case lack of stock, or data need to be more precise. If it is not possible, because of the Customer can not available, or the addresses given by the Customer are wrong, the Seller can desist from fulfilling of the order.

Deadline for fulfilling: depending on the stock dispatching of the items will be made for the deadline confirming back by Felirat Kft. If this deadline is not acceptable for the Customer, he can desist from the order.

Way of dispatch: It can be determine by the Customer. The ordered product can be receivable in the premise of the Seller on the confirmed date, or the Seller ship it to the given delivery address in the whole territory of Hungary in collect package.

Commercial materials with unique design, and depending on the quantity of the ordered item(s), Seller can ask for pre-payment, until the pre-payment is not made the Seller does not start the producing of the commercial material with unique design, or does not start the despatching of the goods. Seller can not challenged for delayed dispatching in this case.

Ordered products which are on stock can be received by the Customer or its trustee from the confirmed date in working day from 8 to 16 o’clock. Ordered but unreceptive items are stored for 15 days free-of-charge, after it the Seller is entitled to charge storage fee.

Prices for products and services in the Web-Shop are just for information; they do not contain the VAT, delivery- and packing costs and cost of art work. Cost of art work depends on the concrete work and Seller will send an offer in an e-mail. We reserve the right to change the prices.

Delivery and packing costs (when the address is in Hungary!):

Collect package can not be more weight than 30 kg.

Extensive packs (if one of its side is longer than 75 cm, or the 3 sides together is longer than 200 cm) price are higher with 50%.

If your order is more than 50.000 Ft, than delivery and packing costs are: free-of-charge.

If your order is between 0-24.995 Ft, than delivery and packing costs are: 3.500 Ft + VAT.

If your order is between 25.000-49.995 Ft, than delivery and packing costs are: 2.500 Ft + VAT.

When the address is in abroad we use special delivery cost depending on the exact address! Please contact our customer service!

Payment with collect package: value of the products, packing and delivery is paid by the Customer when gets the pack.

Pre-payment: Seller can ask for pre-payment on the basis of Shipping Condition part 6.4, until the payment is not made the Seller is not obliged to start the production of the unique commercial material.

The goods remain the property of the Seller until the total amount is not paid for him.

In case of delaying in payment we charge doubled the all-time basic interest.

Original invoice will be sent to the Customer together with the goods.
