Products, manufactured by the seller, ordered from him, reception is made on the basis of the agreement when the goods are given out. During this process the Customer or its trustee is obliged to control the quantity of the goods and confirm it on the delivery note with signature.

The Customer is entitled to make quality control during this process, for this the seller is obliged to ensure the conditions for it. If the customer does not make the quality control, it’s obligation to make it without fail, but within 24 hour starting from the reception.

The Customer is obliged to sign the occurrent mistakes to the Seller in written form and sign the request of the warrant demand.

If the Customer announces a mistake, the Customer will be obliged to suspend the items selling, using, delivering, processing, and show the mistake to the Seller. In case the Customer misses to do this, the Seller can refuse the reclamation and his responsibility for the mistake and for consequences.

In case the signed problem is real and not aesthetic, the Customer can have demand for the correction of the mistake, or if the using of the item is not possible can ask for the changing of the item, accordingly to the Civil Code, if the correction or changing of the item is made by the Seller within an acceptable period.

If the item is useable instead of the mistake, the Customer can not deny the reception and payment of the item.The Seller is not responsible for casualties, if it was not signed in the order or it can not determined technically or casualties from using which can not foreseen, for early attrition, or other effects which are can not determined.

The Customer can not ask for the compensation for damages which are the responsibility of the freighter and which could be validated for him.
The Customer has the right to make reclamation if the implementation is deflected from the agreement. The reclamation has to be announced to the CEO of the Seller in written form in all cases. The fact of the reclamation is not given right to the Customer to detain the value of the goods. However the Seller is obliged to answer for all reclamation and make the necessary arrangements within 3 days.

All reclamation are made on the basis of this agreement can be strangulated by the acceptance of both parties.

Ordered products and goods are remained the property of the Seller until the value of them are not paid.The Seller has the right to clamp down the manufacturing, giving out, or delivering of the item after 15 days payment delay, or abrogate the agreement immediately. After 30 days payment delay, the Seller is entitled to take possession of the products, goods, disassembled them and require for the damages and costs. The Customer do assist to this process and acknowledge that the process is lawful from the side of the Seller. The Customer notices that the value of the goods and service considered as paid – and that time will be the goods the property of the Customer - when the amount arrives to the bank account of the Seller, or it is paid in the cashier by cash.

The Customer notices that the interest rate for delayed payment is 20%counted daily. The Customer can desist from the order within 24 hours from the arriving of the order without justification. . The Seller has to be informed from this written form in fax or e-mail. In special cases desisting is acceptable via phone. In case the e-mail or fax is lost or is not arrive in time, the order will be done. In this case the Customer is obliged to pay the costs of the order.

Right of originator and others: It is the responsibility of the Customer to all plan, image, logo or any other materials given by them are legal. .

Warrant: The Felirat Ltd. warrant the quality of the goods produced by them in normal circumstances. The warranty is not covered the attrition coming from the character of the goods, or using in extreme weather.
